If losing weight is your New Year resolution, then do the following;
- Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This way you will never be starving and your metabolism burns all day.
- Complex carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats should be part of your diet.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. It will help to keep you hydrated all day.
- Do not eat processed foods, refined flours or sugar. Put away the white flour and white sugar.
You will feel more energized: no more energy crashes, tired afternoons, dizzy, sweaty moments.
